About EPT Aviation Training
EPT Aviation Training is a SACAA accredited Aviation Training Organisation. We have been training Cabin Crew Members and Airline Ground Personnel for over 12 years, and each year hundreds of learners graduate from our training academy with a SACAA cabin crew member license or other aviation certification. Majority of our graduates are currently flying or working for several international and local airlines.
Course Details
Ground personnel are usually the first touch point (and last) of a customer’s experience with an airline – they are usually the face of the airline and must reflect the airline’s overall objectives. They must be professional, friendly, well- groomed, caring, punctual and reliable. They are usually responsible for meeting and greeting passengers, checking in and boarding passengers, check in of passenger baggage, security checks, making reservations and issuing tickets, and dispatching the flight, etc. Compliance with aviation safety and security regulations is also a huge part of their jobs. On completion of the Airport Customer Service Agent / Passenger Ground Handling Learning Programme, graduates will be eligible to apply for several ground positions within the aviation industry. Your chance of employment is increased as airlines/handling agents often prefer employing staff members who have airline knowledge.
